How do I get started?
Send us a message with what you sell and the sort of company that should hear about it. We reply the same working day and set up a short call to get the detail.
From there we write the campaign, design it and build your landing page. Nothing goes out until you have read it and said yes.
Will this work for my business?
It works best if you can sell to a company anywhere in the UK, or across a major city like London, Manchester or Birmingham.
If you only serve a small local area, we are probably not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now than take your money.
How quickly can I expect results?
Every campaign gets in front of a lot of people quickly, so you will see activity in the first week.
Replies can come the same day. Some offers take longer, particularly where what you sell is considered rather than bought on the spot, and we would rather be straight with you about that than promise a number.
What is A/B testing?
We write two versions of the campaign, usually a different subject line or a different way of asking for the reply, and send each to part of the list.
Whichever one performs better is the one the rest of the list receives, so the decision is made by what people actually did.
How does the follow up campaign work?
We can see everyone who clicks through to your landing page. On the Professional plan those warm prospects go into a follow up sequence.
It keeps your name in front of them until they are ready to buy, so the people who do not reply today become next month’s pipeline.
Do I have to do anything?
You tell us about your business once, then approve the campaign before it goes out. That is the whole job.
After that we handle the writing, the design, the landing page, the sending and the reporting. Replies come straight to you, so the only thing on your desk is the people who put their hand up.
How do I pause or stop?
Send us an email and we pause the campaign and the payments together. Start again whenever you want more leads.
There is no contract and no notice period, so if you have more enquiries than you can handle you are not paying for more.
What about my data and GDPR?
We send to business contacts on our own UK lists, and we handle the lawful basis, the sender identification and the unsubscribe route on every campaign.
Anyone who opts out is suppressed straight away and never contacted again. Our privacy notice sets out exactly what we hold and why.
